Yunnan Chemical Design Institute Co., Ltd. is an engineering limited company established through the overall restructuring of Yunnan Provincial Chemical Design Institute. Its predecessor, Yunnan Provincial Chemical Design Institute, was established in 1974 and completed its overall restructuring in 2004. It has gone through a 51 year development process so far. The company has been affiliated with Yunnan Petrochemical Industry Department, Yunnan Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech enterprise, specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise that is knowledge intensive, talent concentrated, and provides intellectual services and technical support for the country and society. It is a first-class backbone consulting and design unit in the petrochemical industry in Yunnan Province and a leading enterprise in segmented markets such as sulfur based sulfuric acid, yellow phosphorus, purified phosphoric acid, and high concentration compound fertilizer.
